CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED REVIEW

Spoke with John from Platinum Power sports regarding missing UBolts. Was instructed to send a photo of the box they came in. I responded the next evening and have basically been ghosted since.

I hate to leave a review regarding customer service but here I am. It also makes more sense now, remembering that I was willing to drive to Wisconsin last year to buy a NEW ATV that was $1500 cheaper and was basically laughed at regarding the price difference. I have receipts if they're interested.
