Quality seems high

This system with a manual lift replaces a 20 year old Cycle Country system that had served me well. This package seems to be just as good of quality as what it replaces. In this day and age, this kind of surprised me.
Prior to buying, I contacted the company and they promptly replied.
The package shipped relatively fast and came very well packaged. It took a few hours to assemble and install. It lifts easily and is very smooth. My only small complaint would be the hardware used in each step of assembly didn't seem to be packaged together. It was all there though and the instructions called out the sizes and types of hardware including where each went.
The pictures were very helpful.
Although at this point I can not speak for longevity, it appears to be a good buy and I would recommend.
